Booking Terms

• Tenancies are from Friday 3pm to Friday 10am. Special arrangements may be made for Short Breaks or out of season Bookings.
• Please no animals, no smoking in the cottages.
• The cottages are to be used for residential purposes only.
• Please let us know of any damage or breakages. We endeavour to correct these things with the least cost and inconvenience to you.
• It is always appreciated that the cottages are left clean and tidy.
• The landlord bears no responsibility for accidents to persons, or their property whilst using the cottages.
• A non - returnable deposit of £75 for each week booked should be sent with the booking form. The balance should be paid 4 weeks prior arrival.
• In the case of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and if re-let, the balance will be refunded. The balance will be forfeited if not re-let.
